Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Secret of the Maze mobile game ("Game" or "Service"). This Game is provided by Alper Hersekli ("Bezaga").

By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you legally agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please remove the Game from your device and do not use it.


1. Age Restrictions and Eligibility


You must be at least 13 years old to play this Game and benefit from the Service. If you are under 13, using the Game is legally prohibited.


2. License and Intellectual Property Rights


All codes, graphics, designs, texts, characters, brands, logos, and other content within the Game belong to Alper Hersekli (Bezaga) and are protected by copyright laws. You are granted a revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive limited license to use the Game solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, sell, or publish any part of the Game on another platform without permission.


3. Acceptable Use and Restrictions


By using the Game, you agree to comply with the following rules:

  • It is prohibited to modify game files, reverse engineer, or attempt to decompile the source code.
  • It is strictly prohibited to use cheats, bots, hacks, or any software that disrupts the game balance, or to attempt to gain an unfair advantage (unlimited gold, torches, etc.).
  • It is prohibited to engage in activities that harm the infrastructure (Google Firebase, AdMob, etc.) or servers to which the Game is connected.

In case of violation of these rules, Bezaga reserves the right to terminate your in-game account or access without prior notice.


4. Disclaimer (Limitation of Liability)


The Game is provided to the user "as is" and "as available." Bezaga makes no warranties that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Bezaga cannot be held legally or financially responsible for any data loss (deletion of gold, progress, scores, etc.) that may occur due to technical glitches, Firebase synchronization errors, or updates.


5. Changes


Bezaga reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. When the terms are updated, they will be published on this page with the new date. Your continued use of the Game constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
